Michael Yip, owner and operator of FINO Driving School, has been a driving instructor for more than 10 years. He knows the streets of Ottawa and can identify the best routes around test centers.
He is a driving instructor because he’s passionate about teaching the rules of the road to all ages, from 16 to 87. (Yes, 87! This student needed a refresher before renewing her license.) Known for a non-nonsense approach, Mike gets the job done. He’s a very popular instructor because he’ll never quit on you, which is why his motto is “failure is not an option.” Other facts about Mike:
